Went in for a color copy on card stock around 8PM. Almost nobody in the store but I'm charged an extra 22 cents for 'Express Guarantee,' whatever that means. So a nuisance fee for not dropping it off in advance for one stinking copy? No wonder why the place was empty.
Now I know why Amazon is Staples largest competitor. The store no longer carries the item I wanted. I would have to order it online and then wait for delivery. Which is not free unless you spend $50.00. Of course I can drive to the store (an hours trip) and order and get free delivery. Haha So Amazon gets my order and will deliver it the next day for free and the price is cheaper. Good luck trying to stay in business Staples.
The Greatest store in lincoln. eager to serve me as a customer. went over and above to correct all wrongs and make sure I was satisfied. I won't go anywhere else and will send all that I can.
Horrible customer service. Bad attitudes. Sad and pathetic. If you hate your job that much trouble finding a different job!
I was there I asked for help two times and twice now one came and the guy at the front called for someone to help me and no one showed up When I asked him he said he was to busy to help me and he was hanging out up front I understand he’s a cashier , but still a up set Custermer is still an upset person who will leave a thought 💭 like this. Really appreciate the tech department and the fine work they do. Frirndly staff.
I would give you a half star if I could. I have been trying to get help with paper for over a half hour and still nothing. I literally have so much time I am wasting waiting that I am standing here writing this review still waiting. The only reason I would give you the half star is because you carry a couple hard to find products I like. Your store really needs help in the customer service department.
