Staples Copy & Print has significantly dropped the ball recently. Terrible customer service and their staff is incompetent. I called earlier this week to order a small form board with a picture on it and their laminator was broken (no big deal), so the girl asks me to call the next day to see if it's fixed and it wasn't. She never called to confirm the next day whether or not it was fixed. I called a day later and tried to order it. The girl was out of the office, so I spoke with another guy. Everyone here is always very helpful, but they were especially so during my visit this morning. This location was out of a certain card stock that I buy regularly at Staples because of the excellent quality. At the checkout, the cashier asked if I had found everything, and I told her about the card stock. She then radioed around the store and found me an open one in Copy & Print which I was super happy to buy, since I couldn't take their offer to order one for delivery because I needed it today.
