Extremely rude so called manager in the copy and print center. I've never been treated so poorly anywhere.
I had a wonderful experience at the Bald Hill Road Staples today. Sean helped me ship some boxes by UPS, and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Ben was my cashier was friendly & quick. Overall excellent customer service.
Horrible service! The manager in the print department was rude and unhelpful...I’ve done all of my business with them, they’ve lost a customer for life.
