If you want to return an item without a receipt, you get store credit for the lowest amount it’s ever been sold for..... ok - cool - general return policy right? What they DON’T tell you is that, when you bring your item into the store, they confiscate it from you & refuse to give it back, because “their 2 are missing.” So when I say ok, well I’ll take it home & find the receipt, but I would still like to purchase the $120 item I was going to exchange it for .... I use the print shop often operating two businesses and I always have positive experiences. It’s always done timely and accurately! The staff is friendly and they make my job slot easier and budget friendly! Thank-you Staples! Plus they also send me coupons periodically that are really good!
Lack of training to your sales associates. Do they have the basic competencies to greet customers with a smile or ask if they need help finding anything? When they are asked a question they act like it's an inconvenience to them. BRICK AND MORTAR stores are dying! Staples Augusta - step up your CS or you'll be like so many other failing retailers.
Absolutely ridiculous that Staples does not support small businesses ... this location charges a 30% up charge to have copies made while you wait. A 30% UPCHARGE!!!!! Office Depot does not, btw. Office Depot will have ALL of our business going forward.
