I stood in line for 40 minutes waiting on a manager and I think her name was Stacy to come back and look at the poor job that one of their associates did on my labels. I would not recommend anyone to come in for good customer service or products 😡
I am a graphic designer and I went in for a simple print job, just flyers with the files all completely ready to be printed. I was rudely told that it was "too much for work them to set it up" and that I needed to set up the print job myself. After printing thousands of dollars worth of materials through this store, I will NOT be back. This is a SERVICE, and I cannot believe that it is too much work for them to do their job. Unbelievable.
Awesome help from everyone, I called , they put something aside and were very helpful.
So I order business cards online, says they'll be ready today since I ordered them after 2pm yesterday. I drove across town to pick them up today and when I get there they aren't done. Not only aren't they done but the lady at the print center was rude telling me it was because their cutters were down for a week....Okay so if that's the case good customer service says you call customers to let them know.
