I had to get some business cards reworked and let me tell you the man who helped me made my day! Tom over at the print center alongside his teammate Arin were so kind and helpful. Tom walked me through the whole process, helped me set up rewards with the store and was so polite throughout my redesigns. Great customer service and friendly staff. Had the printer ink I needed. Quick and easy Amazon returns. They take a wide range of tech and office products for recycling.
Went into this store for an Amazon return. The staff, and manager, were incredibly rude and refused to take it, saying Amazon "gave me wrong information". Calls back and forth with Amazon, they told me the store is required to take it with the QR code they sent me. Brought the return there again. Still rude. Been 2 days and they still have not updated the system to reflect the return was reveived.
