I've needed to make copies of documents several different times and was very satisfied with the person behind the counter. In addition shipping from Staples is a simple process. I think a few more employees would benefit customers as most often it is hard to find specific items and harder still to find the personnel to guide you,
Pretty sad when All the Associates and Managers don't know how to load the labels in the price gun that i purchased from them!
I don't have the time to explain the customer service issues in the copy center.
