I went to Valparaiso Staples today and a young lady who works there named Chayton and her work partner named Sam went over and beyond to help me today! Chayton was so helpful and friendly! She is an asset to your company! I told her I had three big floor mats laying on the floor I was going to get a cart, and she said no no no I can help and her work partner also (Sam), had came and they took them up to the checkout counter, and then took them out to my truck! You have two Amazing and Awesome workers there! 👏🏻
It’s 8:18 and the store still isn’t open. A gathering of employees at the door, opener comes with a tray of coffee while customers wait in the parking lot. Must be a bad Monday.
Customer service, both at the store and at the 800 number is HORRENDOUS and inefficient. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing at Staples, and when I have had issues with service, there is never an apology or an effort to make it right. I recently attempted one hour pickup of 2 measly ink cartridges, and my order was messed up. My only experience buying a computer there will be my last. I was at the store for 3 hours. This place is insane. Because there was no one on the floor to help me, I had to wait in the line to pay, to talk to someone at a register. But he was too busy talking to the guy he was ringing up about what movie playing at the 49'r. Then he FINALLY asked me what I wanted (chalk board markers) and told me I had to wait for someone to find them for me. After about 15 minutes, and 4 people looking, the manger finally said they don't carry chalk board markers. WAKE. UP. Total joke. I'd rather drive to Merrillville to go to Off... read more
Staples does not even deserve one star. They are over priced and they are no help at all especially after you buy a protection plan for the computer you bought from them. Don't buy from Staples! They are horrible!
