I will be honest the owner sold the business to a new person. The prices are way too high they are not honest on how they are charging. I asked to talk to the owner to see why the prices changed. The shop manager said his on vacation. Little did I know he sold the shop too a person that has no idea or clue what this shop manager is doing. I took my car somewhere else they said they would had charge my less than what this person charge.
Got to give it to these guys for saving my vehicle. I have a 2012 Toyota Camry that was not running for more than 40mph max. thought my transmission was done for. My personal mechanic came to check my car and told me my transmission was fried, and told me to take it to a transmission specialist. My mom and I looked around and decided to take it to this shop to see what they could do and how much they would charge us. As I approach the shop, a gentleman came out of the shop and I asked him which is the entrance didn’t even look at me. I entered the shop and the manager. The owner asked me what I want instead of saying can I help you very rude then I asked him how much to check out my vehicle. He told me $185 and I just bought fell to the ground . I guess he doesn’t want business very rude and not friendly shoppers beware.
Good management and reliable technicians. They keep my vehicle safe and on the road.
Have been bringing my work truck here for several years and they have pretty much done everything from oil changes to transmission seals and complete front end work. Have done a great job on everything and always delivered as promised. Luis and team are great people.
