Stanyan Park Hotel This hotel is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. The clerks look as though they are a bunch of has been musicians that can't find work anywhere else. The rooms were filthy. Every request was treated with sullen attitude. I will never stay at this dump again! PROS: none CONS: dirty
Older hotel, but has some nice features The Stanyan Park Hotel is not the Hilton...but, depending on where you want to be located, it can be a decent option. It is an old hotel and they decorate it to stay in that same era. I do believe that it could use a renovation, but the staff has always been very helpful (we have stayed there quite a few times), and they also have a continental breakfast which is a nice feature. It has a shuttle to UCSF Medical Center, which was nice because that is where we needed to go.
