BEST BANK IN NORFOLK always helpful can't thank Michael enough for all he does for us.
When I talked to the manager, he straight up said that they only want customers that will deposit money and never take it out. Also, they required $100 upfront just to open an account. They were pretty rude and seem to be out for their interest only.
