Property was not as described, unclean and had other people's messes left behind. They seem to be involved in some shady practices as the listing on vrbo was different than the cost when asking them directly. When issues were raised Sean didn't really do much other than deflect. For the amount that was paid for this stay very underwhelming and extremely disappointing.
Responsible and caring family. Sean is great. I rented for two years and looking again, so Sean is the Man!
I love working with company! The owner, Sean is so friendly and hard-working, he’s always helping people to get what they want. My stay was incredible, couldn’t have gotten better pricing. The entire team has been consistent and thorough, and we all know how important that is dealing with rental properties. If you’re over in the Westerly area or over by Misquamicut Beach, I highly recommend calling them!
STAY AWAY. Complete scammers and thieves. Our family and another booked a summer trip at 26 Clifford Drive in Westerly, Rhode Island, with a stay in a five-bedroom property that Stanton Realty manages on behalf of the Gittleman family. The trip was fully confirmed via VRBO as normal. Fast forward to a day later and Sean Conroy of Stanton Realty calls to say that the house was intended to have a longer minimum stay and that he would provide alternatives.
