We were lead to believe that the house we rented was pet friendly by the Stanton agent. We also brought our own air conditioners because it didn’t say that the house had AC’s or that we couldn’t bring our own. Well we got charged for a “deep cleaning”, plus an inflated pet charge of $300 (we have rented from them before and typically it’s only $150), and a damage fee. Property was not as described, unclean and had other people's messes left behind. They seem to be involved in some shady practices as the listing on vrbo was different than the cost when asking them directly. When issues were raised Sean didn't really do much other than deflect. For the amount that was paid for this stay very underwhelming and extremely disappointing.
Responsible and caring family. Sean is great. I rented for two years and looking again, so Sean is the Man!
