We were lead to believe that the house we rented was pet friendly by the Stanton agent. We also brought our own air conditioners because it didn’t say that the house had AC’s or that we couldn’t bring our own. Well we got charged for a “deep cleaning”, plus an inflated pet charge of $300 (we have rented from them before and typically it’s only $150), and a damage fee.
