My husbands eyeglasses were damaged in a fire. We came to Grand Rapids from the U.P. and chose Stanton to have glasses made the same day. We were greet immediately by Angela who gave us 100% professional attention and was very sympathtic to are current situation. We left with his new glasses in about an hour and were on our way to our medical appointment. Thank you Angela and Stanton Optical for such an excellent experience.
Got contact exam got contacts couldn’t see came back got recheck and still tried to give me a stronger script no Dr on site which was strange will never go again and don’t recommend a eye exam should be preformed by a Dr not by a worker then the Dr is emailed I should of went with my first mind when I seen there was no Dr on site and wasn’t refunded for the exam after wrong script given following my exam I give Zero stars period!!!!!!
Great service at this location. Process was very quick, staff were informative and friendly, very satisfied and will continue to go here for any future needs.
We absolutely adored Plaes, he made the whole experience stress free and honestly fun. Such a better experience than we have had at any other place. He needs a raise.
Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to get what I needed in a short amount of time!
