You don't even see a doctor, they're on video call. They made us pay $600 for 2 pairs of glasses that had the wrong prescription. There was no free exam, no same-day glasses. Go to a family owned place instead. I wouldn't doubt they're deleting bad reviews, and that they'll delete this one as well.
Everyone we talked with was so friendly and helpful. Our whole experience was great from start to finish. Would definitely come back and recommend!
I had an appointment for 9:30, show up at 9:20 and the doors are locked. Nobody there! Not a good way to do business! I called the customer service and rescheduled at another location.
My experience at Stanton optical is always excellent both on Washington Road and Bobby Jones. Miss Sally on Bobby Jones is exceptional! She. Is always very helpful very hands-on and she makes sure that you’re satisfied before you leave. She’s excellent at her job because she cares so much. Thank you, Ms. Sally for always being caring and concerned about your customers eye health
Came in and went right to exam room within 10 minutes. After exam, Sally was extremely helpful with making sure my glasses I chose would be the best for my situation. This is the first time I’ve had such a positive experience at Stanton
