I ordered glasses that should've arrived 6 days ago. I have been trying to reach customer service, but there is only 1 means of contact. This phone number takes the caller to their closest store for "customer service". I ordered a pair of glasses online, which is separate from the stores location. The manager said he has nothing to do with online orders and as such cannot help with my order. I asked to be pushed to someone higher and he couldn't help. Very disappointing experience. There is no licensed optometrist on-site — the receptionist actually conducts the eye exams. They charge for these exams, yet it’s clear they lack the proper expertise. The staff seemed more focused on upselling products than caring about my eye health. Overall, extremely poor service and not a place I would recommend.

I went here about 1 month ago to get 2 pairs of glasses. The exam is done by a remote eye doctor on a TV screen. It's weird, but he can hear you and he does answer questions. So once your past that, it feels normal. The staff here are very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. I did not like that my glasses had every expensive add on built into my order. Nice place. Easy to find .Plenty of parking. Has a nice selection of glasses to choose from. Service was pretty quick. They took their time a day made sure all questions were answered. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable
