I went here about 1 months ago to get 2 pairs of glasses. The exam is done by a remote eye doctor on a TV screen. It's weird, but he can hear you and he does answer questions. So once your past that, it feels normal. The staff here are very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. I did not like that my glasses had every expensive add on built into my order. My bill was about 800$. I had to go through the glasses line item by line item to make them what I wanted. Be careful. This should not be how they do business. Also, why ... read more

I setup an appointment to have a diabetic eye exam at the West Allis location. I specifically mentioned the type of exam I was interest in getting. Once there, I was informed that "we are unable to perform that type of exam at this location". HUH? This was a complete waste of time & a complete bust. FAILURE.

In late June I came in for an exam and to possibly order contacts. Let me just say, if you are using contact company rebates to push sales in your stores, the associates should understand how they work. Multiple clerks told me I would get a 250 dollar rebate, however the company will only do a 100 dollar reward. See the 250 dollar reward only applies to DAILY contacts and we ordered TWO WEEK contacts. I still get a rebate but I would have made different budgeting decisions based on this 150 dollar difference. The associate t... read more

I was able to get a walk-in exam and fitted with contacts in under an hour. Josie Manny the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful, highly recommend
