Was on time to my appointment , sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before anyone helped me. The check in area had all the lights off and then when i finally got help the lady that works there was super rude. She gave me attitude and was irritated cause i couldnt find my insurance right away. I gave her my insurance and she said she didnt take my insurance which is fine but then She gave me a price to pay out of pocket which i agreed to. They do not have an Optometrist onsite. Was put in a room and did eye exam remotely. The guy that waited on was very nice. Glasses arrive I 7-10 days. When picking up was asked to try on only to find out that the correction was all wrong and couldn’t read through them. The lady ask me to take them and try 1st thing in the Morning. I refused and she got huffy with me. I mentioned that I had never had a problem with Vision 4 Less. She smirked. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. It’s just shame.
I scheduled an appointment yesterday, 2-10-26 for 9:30 on 2-11-26. I arrived a little after 9:00 a.m. to find store lights on but no one was there. I waited in the car along with another patient who had an appointment at 9:15 . We called the store several times, called their corporate office (who had NO clue as to why they weren't open). Michelle ways amazing! I truly appreciate that she went above and beyond to help me get the glasses I needed.
They open at 9 we made an appointment for 930 we sat there for 45 minutes no one did anything they just sat on their phones didn't even look up at us these have got to be the laziest women I have ever seen.. after reading reviews I can't wait to read the uneducated response to this also keep in mind i am aware I'm uneducated anyone who can afford it wouldn't come to this place
