Short and sweet, very professional, Dana absolutely knows her stuff. Helped me with everything and also took the time to fix my backups that never quite fit right, well done.
I went in for a exam and it seemed like it was held by someone at home in a zoom call and I couldn't even hear the doctor speaking because there was so many other noises going on around him I got lucky that my prescription came in correctly honestly, and afterwards got a date expected to pickup but glasses were ready a week after the expected date with no phone calls explaining that would be happening or even a phone call to say they were ready for pickup while my partner also went in same day and got their glasses on the da... read more

Michelle was great!!! You don’t have anything to worry about if she is there an that’s a promise. I went in twice an the first time was a lil wild but Michelle got everything right. While everyone looked to be in distress Michelle stayed completely calm the whole time.
