Had an early morning appointment on a Saturday and no one was around. Finally after searching 5 minutes I found someone to check us in. She couldn't figure out our insurance, which was a well known carrier. About 5 more people showed up and she was all alone doing exams and checking in people. About 40 minutes later other employees showed up. They claimed same day glasses, but were trying to get us to come back next day, but we needed them same day and it was why we chose them. Shari checked my eyes and got me new pair of glasses , later went to eye surgeons assc. And found out the glasses Stanton gave me were so far off they were surprised I could even see so I guess the hundred and some did dollars turned out to be a waste of money and Shari said I might have glaucoma I needed to get it checked and referred me to a couple places well turns out I do not have glaucoma just bad glasses
I recently visited Staton Optical for an eye exam, and my experience was mixed. When I first arrived, I was greeted by an older staff member who came across as somewhat dismissive and asked me to wait in the back. I won’t be back
Went to Stanton Optical on Thursday April 23,2026 to pick up my glasses that were ready at 6:30. Mind you they close at 7. Went up to the door and it was locked. So I called them someone answered I told them the door was locked they told me they were going to check.
