If I could leave zero stars I would. They told me I could buy the glasses and get the sale price but then added so much stuff on them they wanted over 300 for a 69 dollar pair I told them I dont want anything extra on there but still it was high I left store went to their online store and discovered I could get them at the price indicated the store was just trying to make money off of us. Never again never
My Eyelab has deceptive advertising. Went there because they advertise free eye exam with 2 pair of glasses for less than $100.00 After online eye exam I was charged $364.00, glasses arrived more than a week later. I tried them on, vision was distorted when I tried to use them for work. I use a computer all day long for work. I used my ******* readers instead because those glasses didn't help. Went back to ask for help, they asked for more than $100 to fix, would not refund my money. I keep calling their complaint line, all ... read more

After my eye exam on September 8, 2023 at the ***************** location in ******, *******, I was unable to see out of the prescription provided of *****; my prescription has always been ***** for both contacts and eyeglasses. The associate gave me a pair of *****, said that they stepped down the prescription too much and processed my purchase of a six month supply of contacts at *****. Could I give no stars? This business is outrageous. My appointment was made almost two weeks ahead of time. When I got there, an hour trip, I was told there was no eye doctor on the premises and the desk person would do the exam with no medical issues addressed. Or I could come back the next week if I wanted to see the doctor. There was one woman on duty. She was rude. Another employee came in and promptly spread her breakfast out on the exam room front desk and proceeded to eat while I waited. Several people who came in aft... read more
Stanton Optical is great. Everybody working there is so nice and professional. I recommend using Stanton for all of you eye needs. Marina especially is so knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for her and you will terrific service at great prices.
I went to Stanton Optical in ********, ** to have an eye exam on August 18th, 2023 to get a prescription for glasses and contacts. I went there because my regular optometrist was booked, and I needed these asap. I was a bit disappointed to the fact that after the exam, Dr. ***** discuss the diagnosis with me at all. She was nice and patient, but were I normally go, Dr. explains everything and asks if I have any questions. I went to the ******* location for the first time ever for an eye exam and contacts. Not only was the prescription totally wrong but I spent almost $400. They gave me astigmatism contacts for both eyes and I only have astigmatism in one eye. Not to mention the same day they give you trials they order your 6 month or year supply of contacts before letting you test them out to make sure theyre the right ones. Went to get a eye ************** for the add price of$79.99. Didnt get the price cost me $200.00. They wanted me to pay over$1400.00. Crazy misleading advertising,
