This place is extremely misleading and doesnt fully disclose all hidden fees until you are about to pay for your glasses which MUST be done that very same day.They claim to use the insurance to the cost of glasses but they say your vision requires a thorough exam so the price goes higher. They are very polite but not completely fair on their business practices. its a Hybrid exam meaning its done virtually. I dont recommend this place.
Unprofessional Service, Horrible Virtual Visit, and Terrible Communication I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at Stanton Optical. The technicians were rude, condescending, and downright belligerent. There customer service is horrible I cancelled my eye glasses two days after it's been 1 week no refund, must go thru corporate with no idea when you will get a refund. and no way to check on the status. Please do you call this customer service. no stars for **********************. they don't even have a eye Dr. everything is zoom.

I advise you to avoid this bait-and-switch outfit! I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam at the newly-opened ********, ******* location on 11/1/23 because I received an email offering 1 pair of glasses (with a "free" eye exam) for $49.After my exam -- which was virtual, and with a technician (meaning that no doctor ever actually looked at my eyes) -- the fitting technician told me "that deal won't work for you," and proceeded to tell me that he could probably keep it "under $400."After some back and forth, during which ... read more
I have been a customer at this location for years. Today, was not a good experience. We were not greeted upon entry, we were rushed through the pre exam due to the associate being ready to get off at 6:00, and none of the other associates cared enough to assist us after she left us. We as the customers, had to locate them, and ask for assistance. I must mention, the only customers in the store during this time were African-Americans. Remade now for the 5th time! My glasses has been made incorrectly for 5 times! The staff has been supportive and apologetic. That hasn't helped the fact they have been wrong.
I wanted to say Alicia F. at the Albuquerque east location gave the best customer service experience. I came in in with my glasses messed up after sleeping on them, and she helped me right away, and put my mind at ease. She was great!!!
