The people up front were GREAT, so helpful and so nice! This store does not have an ACTUAL doctor. They have telehealth “assistance”. So no real doctors and you go through the exam with an assistant on FaceTime. They don’t actually give you an exam and the prescription we got was so terrible we couldn’t see out the lens’s at all. I do not recommend this store.
Would put 0 stars said oh 2 weeks you will get the glasses 3 weeks pass by called for update, not shipped, cant tell me when they will arrive. Almost 2months! To get glasses. If you dont know what time frame they will be ready dont say it. Waste of time could have ordered some through zeelol and would have gotten already within the 2 weeks.
