I have been going to Stanton Optical for about 6 years, but after this experience, I can honestly say this will be my last time. I kept receiving promotional emails advertising 50% off lenses and lens upgrades along with a free eye exam. I went into the store and specifically asked the technician about the promotion and what the details were. At no point was I told that I had to purchase frames from Stanton Optical to receive the discount. I brought my own frames, had the eye exam, and spent about an hour and a half going th... read more
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a Stanton Optical customer at the Arden location, but after today’s visit, I can officially say I found my home store! From the moment we walked through the door, Christopher provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He greeted us right away, made us feel genuinely welcome, and took the time to help me find the perfect style and shape of glasses for my face. He never made the experience feel rushed or like he was just trying to make a sale he actually listened and cared about making ... read more
My mom had her eye exam with staff member Oliver. During the appointment, he was not only unprofessional, but he also acted in a rude and racially insensitive manner toward us. The other staff are fine, they are very nice. We have been waiting for her glasses since the exam. However, the prescription we received was much stronger than expected, and it does not match what she needs. She is not able to wear them.
Staff is always helpful and welcoming. I love being able to get help from DJ. Only thing I wish they had of is…….. have some Oakleys in stock. That’d be nice. But I get some locations might have only certain access to certain frames and what not, but that would be nice. I got Oakleys all the time through lens crafters because I was also military. So I’d get my discount with Oakley AND lens crafters because of it
