I came here for my first pair of contact lenses. The overall service was great. Although the technician who did my eye exam didn’t give me all the information I needed while wearing lenses, instead they told me to look it up on YouTube, which I can understand since it was closing time. I called to ask about insurance coverage, the guy that answered was slurring his words and I could barely understand what he was saying because he wasn’t even pronouncing or trying to pronounce his words correctly. I called specifically to this optic yet he kept asking for my zip code as if it was going to help with something. I LOVED my experience here. My friend recommended them after she got great service and the cutest hot pink metal frames. I came in looking for glasses and contacts. They had an assortment of frames to choose from. It was cheaper to buy two frames and contacts here than buying only my contacts alone online. They also give you 30 days to feel out if your glasses/contacts work for you or not.
