Dame. Give you a cost over the phone, but when you show up, they give you a cost 3 times the quote. They will 8nsist you buy their glasses and charge you for every machine they use. Even if you dont want the procedures done. SMH
I went on my birthday to get glasses,(birthday treat) I needed them really bad and unfortunately medical dose not pay for prescription glasses unless you are under age or elder. I really had a great experience, yes I did wait a little but not to long for my appointment, I don't remember names but the girl doing the vision check was great and very nice. Feel like was completely lied to and played like a fool i went for glasses/contacts currently a contact user been wearing the same brand for 5 plus years no problem the eye exam which was remote I could barely understand his English when the prescription came back now I have a “astigmatism” ok fine so even with insurance they bring back this crazy price trying to sell me the most expensive contacts that I have been “ prescribed” I ask for a sample pack of the prescription before I pay $400 with INSURANCE and the contacts wer... read more
Went in for a scheduled eye exam and had a terrible experience. I was stuck waiting for almost over two hours just to just called in the back and be told that I couldn’t get my exam done because I came in wearing contacts for a CONTACT EYE EXAM. I was told they didn’t have anything to store my contacts during my exam so I would have to throw them out if I wanted my exam done. I don’t understand how they expect me to throw out my contacts and drive home blind afterwards absolutely ridiculous
