Website states they accept Tricare, I don't know if it is a lack of knowing how or they just didn't want to deal with the hassle of dealing with Tricare or a combination of the two. But either you accept a certain insurance or you don't, don't disclose that you do and when I get there tell me something different, train your staff or update your website.
Great experience, I came in stressed with my glasses accidently broken and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to drive to go to work, but in a short time, the young technician was able to fix and put it together. I was having a bad morning when I broke my glasses, I went in and was there for maybe 15 mins total thanks to CODY ! He informed me I had a warranty and I was only charged 28$ to get a replacement he made my visit quick and easy, thanks CODY !
Always have a great experience here. I forget his name unfortunately, but one of the gentlemen who works here (African American) is SO sweet and friendly and always makes me comfortable when I have to come in for an eye exam or new glasses. They do what I think is outsourced remote eye exams, and it actually works just as good as having an in person optometrist doing it. I had to come back in and get my frames fixed after breaking that shortly after getting them and they fixed super fast and only 20% the cost of new frames. ... read more
My optometrist was closed and I really needed to fix these two bolts on my glasses, I went here and told the person working about what was wrong and he told me what he was gonna do and other important details. Within minutes he fixed it for me and even cleaned it before giving it back to me. Don't remember the gentlemen's name but he worked 6/16 in the morning.
