My mom had her eye exam with staff member Oliver. During the appointment, he was not only unprofessional, but he also acted in a rude and racially insensitive manner toward us. The other staff are fine, they are very nice. We have been waiting for her glasses since the exam. However, the prescription we received was much stronger than expected, and it does not match what she needs. She is not able to wear them.
Staff is always helpful and welcoming. I love being able to get help from DJ. Only thing I wish they had of is…….. have some Oakleys in stock. That’d be nice. But I get some locations might have only certain access to certain frames and what not, but that would be nice. I got Oakleys all the time through lens crafters because I was also military. So I’d get my discount with Oakley AND lens crafters because of it
As soon as I walked in I was greeted didn't have to wait to long to get my eye examation
DJ was great I am satisfied with the service and happy !! My new glasses are great !!
This location sucks. Service is bad. I checked order status and it said my glasses will be delivered by aug 6. Yeah right. Waited two days for it. Called this specific location because thats where i ordered after my eye exams. The guy said the glass is there they just need to assemble it. Okay, so basically if i didn’t called to ask about it. They’d leave it there untouched. I paid a hefty amount alright.
