went to go replace my daughters glasse frames and had a really great experience and great customer service I highly recommend it .
I went here and got my glasses renewed and there were really good people good service too highly recommend to come here 🤩❤️
The staff was helpful at first. They told me they would call me whenever my glasses were ready to get picked up. Instead I got a text stating it was ready. I called to ask about the warranty. “Can you tell me about the warranty?” “What would you like to know?” “Does it cover repairs for a year?” “It doesn’t cover lost or stolen frames” turns out, it also is only a PARTIAL WARRANTY. The terms of the warranty were NOT disclosed. Also, when I was originally buying the glasses, they tried to upsell me about 10 or 12 times for different items. Don’t go there 👎👎👎👎👎,if you do I hope you get a different experience, the prices you see on the windows as you can tell are just the hook so you can get in thinking about those prices at the end of your purchase you’ll see the real amount SO you better have insurance if not be prepared to pay at least over 200, then worst part they gave you an “”“Estimated “””” date for your glasses,which means they have no clue when will it be that your glasses be there for you to pick up, SO save your self some trouble and if possible... read more
