This place stinks. At first I was pleased with how easy it was to get glasses ordered, but then one of my pair of glasses came in and I wore them for a few hours at home and got a huge headache because the prescription wasn’t correct. I brought the glasses back and they confirmed that the lenses weren’t correct. They took the glasses back and said it would be another two weeks before they would be returned with the correct lenses. Stanton Optical went above and beyond for me. Less than a day after getting my new glasses, my dog decided they were his new chew toy. I figured I’d be out of luck, but Crystal and Angela took care of everything—completely free of charge—and had my new frames and lenses ready the SAME DAY. No hassle, no waiting, just incredible service. That kind of customer care is rare these days. If you need glasses, this is the place to go. Big thanks to Crystal and Angela for making it happen!

Today I came into this store to replace my glasses. The person who was helping was the balding man with big rimmed glasses. Anytime I come into this place and if he’s the one that helps me he always makes me wait a long time for him to help me. And anytime I come into this place he always tells me that he doesn’t have my glasses so today he had to refund me my money and said to go somewhere else. This place is bad.
Great customer service and friendly staff.. Crystal was very helpful with my daughters appointment and informative with the contact lenses
