Stantec should review it's ethical standards. Stantec claims it's a sustainable and environmentally motivated company., yet they're engaging in projects that directly hurt Torontoians and the environment. It should be grounds for blacklisting them from future projects.
Stantec’s decision to participate in the removal of the Bloor Street bike lanes in Toronto is a disgrace. As an engineering firm, they should be leading the way in building sustainable, forward-thinking infrastructure, not taking part in regressive projects that make the city more dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians.
