Fitz was amazing. I locked my keys in the trunk on a 2019 Toyota. Fitz went beyond a normal unlock service. I would highly recommend stans pros tows in Pocatello. AMAZING!!

Thank James for going above and beyond. Our daughters car was in the middle of now where and due to our crazy tow plan we thought the tow was cancelled. Even though James got the cancellation while he was in route, he knew she was in the middle of now where and headed out anyway. Her car was a simple fix and because he got there before we could he had her fixed and on the road before we were even close. Thank you so much. We are donating our car to a charity and the tow company the charity selected to tow our car was Stan's Pro Tows. The driver called to set up a pickup and we missed the call so we called Stan's Pro Tows and the guy who answered was rude and unhelpful. He made everything sound like it was the drives fault for not contacting us, he was so put out by the request to set up an appointment for pick up or have the driver call us back. Wish i coukd give it a 0......my van was stolen and crashed and they towed it....when i went to get my kids caraeats out they wouldnt let me until i paid 500 for towing....my car was STOLEN therefor im not paying for it .....i emded up having to give them my title to get my carseats out.....but when i was refusing to they slammed the door on me and my 4 month old baby....the door hit the babys head.....called the cops and got my things out.
Not recommend to tow any vehicle. The base rate they agree does not mean they plop your vehicle down with no blocks . Apparently they need more money to do anything more . You want your company to have a good name then treat a vehicle as if it was your own
