Purchased an ignitor (White ****** #***A-371) for $110.00 because I did not know where to get it anywhere else at the time---no name or number for product. Went online afterwards and found the same exact part for $16.00 from Supply House.com. I was not happy about the charge in the first place because we needed our furnace working asap, but the markup on this item was ridiculous---marked up over 6 times what the supply house was asking, and the supply house would have been making a profit even at the $16. This customer entered our business irritated before we even began to ask him how we could help him. He then very rudely asked if we sell ignitors. Our customer rep asked if he had any information on the unit he will be installing it in and or a picture of the ignitor. He angrily replied that, he knows what an ignitor is and that if she showed him the ignitor he would know if it is what he needed.
