They are the best customer service and always willing to help. I have been going to them for over 25 years and they have NEVER failed me. When things just work you stick with it. Daryl and Debbie have built a great shop along with quality people around them.
Left a sour taste. Bought a used bike that didn't pass nysi. After I Trailers it home, they took it in to fix some of my complaints. They had it for weeks, did nothing. Than Daryl stepped in to cob it together. Wired my whole dash like a hack. It didn't make the ride to Elma... Took it all apart and rewired it... Cost me 74 bucks, and I don't own a dealership. Plus when I went to pick it up, my seat was gone. Lol

Many dealerships won't even consider taking motorcycles over 8-10 years in on trade (they won't work on anything outside that time span either). The motorcycle that you purchased 2 years ago was a 1990 Softail which at the time would have been 24 years old with 72,000 miles on the odometer. We sold it to you for $4,500.
