Made a pit stop at Stans yesterday on our way down to Gettysburg. Thanks to the service guys for making short work of a broken front brake lever. On our way very quickly. Outstanding service! Thanks from the Borden/Barrie UN NATO Veterans Group, Canada!!
Today I paid a visit to Stan's and would like to offer a shout out to Jason for helping me out with a good turn. All to often I encounter people in business who seem to have forgotten the customer service model . Jason's actions renewed my faith in that model that he understands and exercises.
