James provides EXCELLENT service. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to make house calls on short notice. His prices are very reasonable. He's also a genuinely nice guy who goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Case in point: I had mentioned in passing that I would like to get a flat screen monitor someday (I have early stage cataracts).
