Eddy and Jaryd were amazing! They were so friendly, efficient, and informative. This made the experience so much more seamless and I truly highly recommend this company for both their product and service. The teamwork of these guys was impeccable, indicative that they love what they do, and the company they work for. The chair works wonders and their support was greatly appreciated.

The Sales representative, Jim Wray is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the product. After evaluating the area and understanding our needs, he provided us with many thoughtful recommendations and the exact stairlift model that would work for my husband. He gave us a quote the very next day and scheduled an installation date immediately. Just had a technician (Eddy) come out to service our chairlift. This is our 4th or 5th service call to fix various issues since it was installed. I have to say Eddy was the most informative and thorough technician we’ve had. He was meticulous, going step by step to troubleshoot the issue. And he definitely took his time, explaining things to me along the way. Stannah is lucky to have him as an employee. He has to be one of their top technicians. Give him a raise.

Eddy with Stannah came out to fix my Chair Lift . I was very pleased he explained everything that he did so I could understand what was wrong. He was very professional and polite. My Chair Lift is now working nicely . I sure recommend this company and Eddy

Eddy came and readily found and fixed the problem. He was courteous and professional. He remembered installing the lift more than a year ago. Very happy with the service.
