I highly recommend Stannah stairlifts. Very smooth and quiet in use. Our installer James was both polite and efficient in his installation. He was very helpful and instructive on the use of the lift and understanding of its features. The installation went well and James deserves a big thumbs up for his work.

I hope you folks realize what a great employee you have in James M., installation technician from your Ct. office. He installed a Siena stairlift today (3/4/26). he showed up right on time, was friendly, answered all questions i had, gave me the user guide to read, told me how long installation would take and went to work. I hate reading user guides but did, he finished as he told me, left no dirt and told me he would do a demo for my wife, me and son-in-law. Excellent demo and everything worked. I thought the StannahStair Char installers were Excellent. Chris has been an Install Technician for over a decade (he is outstanding). Additionally, both Matt & Chris took the time to explain in detail the install process. When Chris & Matt completed the install, they then took the time to make sure we were comfortable & knew how everything worked. Chris & Matt did an Excellent job.
James M did a great job.
