Exceptional experience with every member of the Stannah organization that I came in touch with from sales to scheduling through installation. We are very pleased with this experience of purchasing our stairlift.
Stannah just replaced my mother’s stair chair for free. She had a model that was causing too many headaches, so the company voluntarily replaced it with a brand new model. The techs that came to install it, Nick and Eric, were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, respectful, and quick. Dismantling the old and installation of the new took around 4.5 hours total. I will recommend the family owned Stannah lift company to anyone.

Eric and Matt did an excellent job of installing our Stannah stairlift on a very blustery, rainy day! They carefully protected our floors as they brought all of the materials inside before beginning the installation. They worked courteously and steadily to complete the job and made suggestions that ensured a positive outcome.
