James M. was my installer. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He answered any questions I had and I believe that Stannah is lucky to have him as a team member. Thank you James!
Our installer was James. He called us 30 min before arriving as promised. He was very courteous and friendly and worked diligently for many hours to complete the installation. When he finished he gave us a through and clear lesson in the operation of the stairlift. When he left he cleaned up so well that there was no evidence except for the stairlift that he had been here. Thank you James.
The installers, Eric and Greg were great! They were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They worked together as a team and answered our questions and concerns.
I received 3 quotes for chairlifts needed in 2 locations in my home. Paul Vincent, Stannah, had the best offer but also he was the most knowledgeable and offered several good suggestions. Jenn& Matt installed the downstairs but due to a design problem couldn’t complete the upstairs. Paul immediately came out and remeasured. Customer service was outstanding. Today, Eric & Greg installed upstairs. Very professional, knowledgeable and had to troubleshoot shoot a few areas. Extremely pleased with all their personnel.
