My mother is a resident there, and they take excellent care of her. She calls it “home”, and the staff treat us all like family.
This was the worst experience we had with my mom after being hospitalized for 3 weeks. She came for rehab and did not receive more than 10 hours total in her 3 weeks there. The staff was pleasant but did not know the medications they were giving out or didn’t feel the need to tell my mom or myself what she was taking. She ended up with pneumonia that wasn’t treated for 2 days after finding out about it. When we left no one pushed her out or helped with her things. A good place to live when needed.👍
My mom checked in about a week or 2 ago. She was moved from another facility. She has dementia. Every time I have went to see her I have been so pleased. My mom is clean, alert and in way better spirits. My family and I feel there is a 75% change in Mom and we are loving it. Really happy with Stanly Manor they get a 5 from me.
