I went to see 3 different doctors here over a period of a year and half including Dr Sweet initially and then 2 of the newer doctors. Unfortunately I was misdiagnosed. I ended up paying for 2 orthotics, as they recommended it and I was hopeful it will solve the problem. My foot pain became worse and chronic. This impacted my work. I had to go back to them a few times to investigate the pain but their receptionist was not the most welcoming and my calls would be ignored. Dr. Sweet has to be the best foot care doctor by far in the country. I had a serious in grown toe nail issue for 5 years and was passed around through the system from other doctors, hospitals, clinics, etc. Dr. Sweet was the first doctor that really invested both the time and care to help me out with my situation. He followed up with me for a while to ensure I was doing well with my foot. I highly recommend him to anyone with foot care issues and thank him for all of his help.
I've only had the pleasure to interact with Nicole and Judy-extremely helpful, offers precise, personalized care in a modern, comfortable setting. Nicole is very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend their team to my network.
Was totally misdiagnosed, and pressured into orthotics and alternative treatments at extra costs. 8 months of pain. Finally went to another doctor and had the problem solved.
DR SWEET IS NOT NICE Despite his demeanour, Dr Sweet is a salesperson first and foremost. His receptionist is sour and Dr Sweet will always recommend products that warp the foot so that you will eventually need another product to correct what he's created. DO NOT TRUST DR SWEET!
