These people are a complete joke!! DO NOT trust in what rhey say!!! I scheduled an appointment snd was given a time frame of 9am to 1pm. I rescheduled my work day, which included meetings and clinic time. At 200...still no carpet cleaners!...i recieved a call stating that they were running behind and that the "crew" would be here shortly. At 3pm one lone individual arrived and stated that the area was too big and that it would take him multiple hours. He assured me friday woyld be a better day. So i scheduled another 9^1.
