I called Stanley steamer to have them come out and clean my carpets they said they would be here the next day between noon and five I sat here for four hours waiting for them I called them at 3:30 because I never did get a confirmation and the woman did tell me I was on the schedule finally at 4:30 I get a call from them telling me they’re running a little behind they won’t be here until after six really? Mike Jordan did a fantastic job. He was courteous, knowledgeable, energetic and did a great job cleaning my carpets. He is the Best. If all Stanley Steemer employees are as good as him, they will have all the business they can handle. I will certainly call Stanley Steemer again when needed for my House or car.

They did an amazing job on my rug, its never felt so clean and new. They sent two very handsome men on short notice to take care of my rug and boy did they ever. If you want your rug to feel and smell like new then you have a buddy in the carpet business.
