I use stanley steamer a few times a year. I think they are great and do a good job. I like their method better than the dry method.
Well, Lets just say Do NOT use these people. They cancelled on me an hour before they were supposed to come. They wanted to move my appointment up bc two other people cancelled and my time frame was no longer convienient for them...I made the appointment 2 weeks ago. I waited all day. vacumed... moved furniture, all to accomidate my cleaning...Who didnt come. The manager/owner was condicending and rude making me feel like it was my fault...My only fault was arranging my schedule around them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
