Excellent company I have several rental properties and when the tenants move out I bring in Stanley Steamer. They have been able to clean the dirtiest of carpets. Amazing
You people rip off an elderly person during a hurricane. You should be ashamed of yourselves . No one should use this company. Scum
My mom had them come out this morning to dry up a small area. They said it would be $150 just for the estimate. She voiced her concern in spending that much without knowing what the total cost would be. My mom then asked what the worst case scenario price wise would be. The lady told her $500. Mom agreed because she is worried about her new carpet. They guy came out and said it would be $910!!!! Wow!! This is a 11 by 13 room with maybe half of it wet. She can re carpet that room for that!! I really enjoyed the techs that came out to my house! They were so friendly and informative and my carpets look so much better! I definitely will recommend them, anytime!
Buyer beware. Treated carpet spots returned within 2 weeks. Called them and was told by a very unfriendly lady too bad. Told "unfriendly lady" we didn't want the carpets redone, just to understand what could be done to clean the spots. She refused to even have someone come look. Stanley Steemer - Never Again!
