Brandon & Lauren were outstanding in explaining to me what all they were going to do & how it would work. They did a very thorough job & were conscientious in making sure everything was done the best way possible. Everything that was moved was moved back & they did a great job of cleanup after finishing. I called Stanley Steemer when our elderly dog passed away to help clean some accidents. Lauren, my service representative, was very professional, efficient and timely. Definitely recommend!!

West was great as usual! Brandon was also wonderful. He explained everything he was doing, showed me some issues with my flex duct, and worked diligently to get it as clean as possible. They made a good team and were very positive about the franchise and their jobs. Would love to have them back in the future.

I recently purchased a home that had been severely neglected and clearly had animals living there. I reached out to Stanley Steemer and set up an appointment to have the HVAC ducts cleaned in hopes that it would help alleviate the odors. Lauren and Shane worked for more than three hours cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing all of the ducts. They were very friendly and professional and their attention to detail is second to none. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stanley Steemer did an outstanding job on our carpets. The before-and-after difference was incredible — not only did the carpets look almost new again, but all of the odors were completely gone too. Huge shout-out to Joey and Brandon for being professional, accommodating, and totally non-judgmental. They were kind, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. This was a large space with years of wear, and they exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again!
