West was great as usual! Brandon was also wonderful. He explained everything he was doing, showed me some issues with my flex duct, and worked diligently to get it as clean as possible. They made a good team and were very positive about the franchise and their jobs. Would love to have them back in the future.
I called Stanley Steemer when our elderly dog passed away to help clean some accidents. Lauren, my service representative, was very professional, efficient and timely. Definitely recommend!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stanley Steemer did an outstanding job on our carpets. The before-and-after difference was incredible — not only did the carpets look almost new again, but all of the odors were completely gone too. Huge shout-out to Joey and Brandon for being professional, accommodating, and totally non-judgmental. They were kind, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. This was a large space with years of wear, and they exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again!
Shane was outstanding and professional..he went above and beyond my expectations. I had apologized that the carpet wasn't cleaned because our sweeper was broken, our adult children were moving back in due to a tragedy and boxes were everywhere. He was very sympathetic. He not only cleaned the room but also our walkways between the boxes!! He also showed up on a very frigid morning..such a blessing!!!
Brandon and West did such a great job, I couldn’t believe all the junk they pulled out of our vents.. They both had so much patience with us. THANK YOU BOTH.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this guys
