Pretty good job cleaning our carpets. They deodorized and cleaned four rooms for a reasonable amount. They used to move furniture. This time (summer 2025) they didn’t move any furniture at all, not even the smaller pieces, we did so much preparation expecting them to move most things. I wish they could do better than a 5 hour arrival window. They do send a text when they are on their way but I wasted an entire day off of work waiting for them to come. Lauren was courteous, highly professional with an awesome attitude. She was informative and precise in her line of work. She explained the entire process as she was performing them, and so far, I am very satisfied with the services provided. I 4got to mention, that little doggies like her too 😁. Also West came back to touch up a couple of problem areas, and like his coworker, West was prompt, courteous and highly professional. He was very efficient and fast and went thats extra mile. Thank You both for a job well done.
Just had Brandon here to clean up some rooms after puppy training…..Brandon was fabulous! Extremely professional, detailed and did such an amazing job. You’d have no clue we even have a dog anymore as the house smells fresh again and carpets look new!! Blown away with the results. Thank you guys - would recommend over and over!
Joey from Stanley steemer was phenomenal. He had a ton of knowledge very friendly went over the top to make sure I was satisfied. We had Water get in over the weekend. They were out here same day!!! service was exceptional. I highly recommend Joey and Stanley Steemer! If you need Stanley steemer, make sure they have a JOEY!
