West and Lauren did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets at my dad’s house. There were some pretty heavy stains that they were able to get out. The price was very reasonable too! Thank you for great service!!
Shane showed up at the scheduled time. He was very professional and a nice guy. He gave me an estimate, I accepted it and got to work. He had a great attitude and did an amazing job cleaning up a very dirty, neglected basement floor. It looks like it’s brand new and the price was reasonable considering the time and effort he had to put into it. I highly recommend Shane and Stanley Steemer of Mansfield!
Pretty good job cleaning our carpets. They deodorized and cleaned four rooms for a reasonable amount. They used to move furniture. This time (summer 2025) they didn’t move any furniture at all, not even the smaller pieces, we did so much preparation expecting them to move most things. I wish they could do better than a 5 hour arrival window. They do send a text when they are on their way but I wasted an entire day off of work waiting for them to come. Lauren was courteous, highly professional with an awesome attitude. She was informative and precise in her line of work. She explained the entire process as she was performing them, and so far, I am very satisfied with the services provided. I 4got to mention, that little doggies like her too 😁. Also West came back to touch up a couple of problem areas, and like his coworker, West was prompt, courteous and highly professional. He was very efficient and fast and went thats extra mile. Thank You both for a job well done.
