Have used Stanley Steemer often. Compared to other carpet cleaners they do a wonderful job. The two men that came today were very professional and courteous. Did an excellent job of cleaning two carpets and my husband's recliner. Gave extra attention to a couple of stubborn spots on the carpet in one room. Very pleased with the results!

After cleaning my carpets, the oder in my house would knock you down. The technicians were told that there had been a pet in the home so I paid extra to get rid of any oder. It was WORSE. I have had to throw away and replace my 2 area rugs. I also plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and consumer protection.
Terrible experience with their water remediation team!
