I was very impressed with the work of the 2 agents. They did an excellent job of cleaning most of the carpet. The only problem is that they couldn't remove the dark spots that have been on my carpet for sometime. However, the spots are lighter in color - so I'm pleased.
The young man Josh was really nice and did exactly what I wanted with a minimum of disruption. I would highly recommend this company!
