I was very impressed with the work of the 2 agents. They did an excellent job of cleaning most of the carpet. The only problem is that they couldn't remove the dark spots that have been on my carpet for sometime. However, the spots are lighter in color - so I'm pleased.

Clint did an excellent job on my carpets today. He was very nice and pleasant. He made the carpet look almost like new. Got all the spots up and I am very pleased with the job he did.

This was a thoroughly pleasant experience. Placing the order was very easy and the man doing the scheduling was very. helpful. Melvin arrived on time and did a great job. My carpet was bright, and all the spots are gone. The floor looks great. and I will call Stanley Steemer the next cleaning and recommend them to everybody. Thanks for a terrific job.
