Grout cleaning on kitchen floor had little effect. Very disappointed in the cleaning results. Technician suggested I apply Muratic acid to clean the areas the remained stained. He claimed blueberry or some other food does not clean up well.
James did a beautiful job on my carpet. Smells refreshing! Very polite and courteous tech.🙂

Requested a service on Friday and they had a Saturday appointment available that suited my needs perfectly. There were upsells to the promotional pricing, but it was well worth the extra money for the results I got. James arrived as scheduled and was surprised, and happy, that it was going to take less than an hour to complete the job. The results were better than I expected. James was professional a a pleasure to work with. I will request him again.
