Stanley Steamer professionals were awesome. They went above and beyond cleaning our Brazilian Oak floors that had been damaged and were filthy beyond imagination from tenants who had 50 cats. I would highly reconmend Stanley Steamer professionals we used in our area. They far exceeded our expectations.
Great work on my home with wood, tile and carpet and also with a rental property, ensuring that a water issue with a water pipe above my unit was taken care of and all bamboo flooring, Sheetrock and interior was dry upon their departure. I also love all that they do for Washoe County high school students.
Customer Service Needs Improvement. I believe that Stanley Steemer does do a good job of carpet cleaning. I had an instance where they completed cleaning my carpets and left my front door wide open when they were finished. I was not at home and I came back to find that my door had been left open for several hours. I called them to express my uphappiness over this incident. They did apologize but their apologies seemed less than sincere. I would never call them again.
