Family owned, unmatched customer service!
After my dad passed away, we had Stanley Steamer clean the carpets in preparation to sell the house. We were told the traffic areas would look better after they dried. Well, they didn’t. I had to shampoo the carpets again, using my Bissell, I sucked up the most disgusting black water and had huge piles of hair. This is from an empty house that has not been lived in since SS came out. For paying $200, one would not expect that a personal shampooer would do a better job. I have pictures to support this.
I have used Stanley Steamer for years in several states and they have always done a great job. The guys come in do their job expertly and the are gone. Our last visit in Sparks, NV was no exception, Apparently there is only one, not two cleaners anymore. He used a prespot then steamed cleaned and he was done and gone. The carpet dried within 10 hours and looked great.
what you would not recommend them I don't know! Deal with a pro generated company no grief from these guys!
We had our annual cleaning of the Sierra home and the carpet looks like new again. Thank you Stanley Steemer, Anthony and his partner were great. See you again next year

Not only is Stanley Steemer in Sparks, NV good with carpets, but they are good with the community! The owners are doing huge things to help the homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students in our county. THIS is what a good company looks like! They truly care about people.
