Customer Service Needs Improvement. I believe that Stanley Steemer does do a good job of carpet cleaning. I had an instance where they completed cleaning my carpets and left my front door wide open when they were finished. I was not at home and I came back to find that my door had been left open for several hours. I called them to express my uphappiness over this incident. They did apologize but their apologies seemed less than sincere. I would never call them again.

They have the nicest people working for them, John came and did a beautiful job one our carpets. The prices are decent and the added disinfectant in the steam cleaning solution is a wonderful idea during this COVID-19 pandemic. Which by the way they are also wearing their masks and gloves. Thank you Stanley Steamer your the best.

I had the worst experience with the two people that came to my house first they wanted to charge me twice the amount quoted and then they did a bad job cleaning my tile, grout lines and left a film on the floor I will never use them again.
great service, wonderful job, and the tech was very professional. He took time to explain all areas of cleaning, and what to expect when it drys. Depending on the condition of the flooring, not all surfaces will come entirely clean. We understand this. So happy with the end result, thank you Stanley Steemer for your service!
