RecommendedProfessional, thorough and did a great job.
Kyle and his technician were courteous, prompt and did an excellent job. This the third time he has been to our home and I do specifically request him because he takes the time to make sure that he knows what I want done and I have always been satisfied. They cleaned, deodorized and protected 5 rooms, a hallway and two flights of stairs as well as four area rugs and I was completely satisfied with the work.
They need to move any furniture that is moveable. They did not this time. I showed them specific spots to pay extra attention to they missed several of them, and once the carpet several reappeared. I feel as if their prices have gone up quite a bit in the past couple of years. They also didn't waste any time getting out of the house. They technicians were fine, but the quality of the product was lacking.
They did a great job and cleaned the stains from the two bedroom carpets they cleaned--were courteous and professional in their work!
Never Again.
We have had Stanley Steemer clean our carpets for many, many years and they have always done a good job. We just had them done again and they were in and out in no time, the carpets did look great but they did not move any furniture like they usually do nor did they leave me any things to put under my furniture that I had moved myself outside. They called asking how the cleaning went and I told them, but they didn't seem to care telling me I should have called and they could have dropped the plastic off to go under my furnit... read more
They did a great job and very fast. They made a 15 yr. carpet look almost new. Thanks Stanley Steemer.
They were here barely an hour to clean 3 bedrooms, a hall, and stairs. They put plastic under the legs of furniture but didn't move anything. I just literally picked up popcorn, coins, small toys, little pieces of trash from behind and under furniture. There was a few small stains that looked like they moved a side over to cover instead of cleaning. I kmow nothing was moved because I moved some myself to check and its not even wet!! Stanley Steemer is a total RIP OFF
