Had my carpet cleaned last week. It was so dirty. The young man that cleaned them did a fantastic job. My floors look so much better. I have always cleaned them my self with my rug dr. But never again. I am hooked. Thank you for a job well done
Hey Stanley Steamer, Can you have your techs dry the carpet before they leave your customers house. I have been getting a lot of complaints from new customers that the carpet stays wet for 2 or 3 days. Not that I mind taking your customers but this is just some Professional advise. Have your techs us dri-pod fans and potential customers of Stanley Steamer don't let the techs leave until your carpets are reasonably dry. Thank You. Chris All Pro carpet care.
