RecommendedBrian Baker was the technician that came to clean out my dryer vent. He went above and beyond to make sure it was clean and I was happy. He was extremely polite and did a fantastic job. Will 💯 request him for all my maintenance. Very satisfied
RecommendedI have to say I was Hesitant to call to have anyone come into my home, but having the technicians George and Paul from Stanley Steemer was quite a positive experience. They did a fabulous job and getting oil stains out of a brand new ivory colored couch and they cleaned coffee stains that I just could not get out myself off of a basement rug and chocolate and raspberries off of my sons rug. RecommendedBrady and Chris id an adequate job. Brady was very quick to answer my questions. I was a bit concerned that the carpet in one of the rooms they cleaned took 36 hours to dry. The carpet in one was still wet after 24 hours and we had to put fans on it to dry. Maybe should have spent a little more time on extraction.

RecommendedThey did an awesome job! And the staff had face coverings on when they came to our house. So they are following covid protocols. I liked that they had slip covers over their shoes so they didn’t track dirt into our house or on our carpet. Very professional! Would definitely use them again.
