My carpet looked the same after cleaning as before. The crew explained because I chose a light-colored carpet, they couldn't restore the foot traffic area to its former hue. In other words, it was my fault. Steemer chemicals appear to be no better than consumer grade products. The crew could have warned me, but then they would have missed out on a $225 job.
RecommendedWe have used this location the last three times now and have never been disappointed. Staff is always courteous, informative and thorough. Jose and his partner came the last two times and Francisco came alone this time. All very professional and our couch and sectionals look brand new. Last time we had an area rug removed and cleaned in their facility and it came out so well, that we had the same thing done this time with a different area rug. Highly recommend them.
