They did a great job cleaning my carpet.
I have had Stanley Steamer come to our home for many years and have always been pleased with the results. However, this last time was exceptional and above all the other times. My carpet was cleaner and brighter than ever before. They did an excellent job on the high traffic areas. I just can't say enough.
They did a great job. They were on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. We will call them again in the future.

Cash stolen at our home on Saturday from our CHILDRENS ROOM, from this service, filed report with corporate same day and filed police report as well. Area Manager Daniel Layton had no empathy, offered nothing, and on top of it, service on our carpets was terrible..they spent 2 hours on outdoor couch and indoor couch, but maybe 15 minutes on complete upstairs carpet, 2 bedrooms and hallway. Absolutely the worst customer service from this company.
I was very disappointed. First off it seems like one man was in such a hurry to get in and out he failed to clean around the baseboard and he also failed to reclaim the chair that I had done a recall on from the other crew that came very dissatisfied
