I had Stanley steamer come out about three weeks ago to clean my carpet.The tech looked at my carpet and told me there was nothing they could do, that I needed to put that hundred dollars towards a new carpet. Few days later I got a letter from Stanley Steemer want to know why I had canceled my appointment. I let them know they had canceled me. So while I had been at home I decided I tried to clean the carpet myself. I had a sponge mop and I had two bottles of a rug cleaner that I had got from bed Bath and beyond. Guess what... read more
They were polite and very knowledgeable regarding tile cleaning. They did an awesome job and went over and beyond. I would highly recommend.

10-15-19 I had an appointment scheduled with Stanley Steamer. As asked a call was made prior to arrival so I could put my dogs away. The two gentlemen arrived promptly. I was happy the tech took the time to explain the service and address my concerns. He really went over a pet stain in middle of floor trying to get stain to lift as best as possible. Do not use this company. They have thief’s working for them and do not support their customers. Will not return phone calls from locally owned franchise nor will corporate. My friend had to file a police report due to the theft and Stanley Steemer has offered her nothing but a refund. This is BS and they need to be reported to the BBB and all the local chamber of commerce that they are affiliated with. Makes you wonder if they do background checks on their employees that they are sending into your home. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.... read more
Mike and Mike arrived right on time to clean my carpets. They did an excellent job and they worked well together getting the job done quickly. I am pleased with their work and their professionalism. I would recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone!
