Dumitry Goodman and Charles Herndon came out in this nasty weather and worked a miracle on my living room carpet! We have a 23-month old in the house and our carpets were almost brown from all the dirt and food and no telling what else. Before and after is amazing! Thank you guys! Highly recommend and very reasonable to boot!

After steam cleaning carpeting in 3 rooms, hallway, and stairs, large dirty spots appeared that were not there before cleaning. I usually use my own rug doctor machine but decided to try Stanley Steemer to give me a shortcut. They came back to use a spot cleaner which made the spots larger and gave them a greasy feeling. I ended up using my own machine to clean the spots that Stanley Steemer left behind, and it wasn't easy to remove them. I may try to have my duct work cleaned by them but never again for my carpeting.
I have a small house with 3 bedrooms a hall and living room, house was empty no bad stains just traffic areas. They spent around 35 minutes to do the whole house cost me over $200 and it did not look any better. My husband asked them about the traffic areas and they said there was nothing they could do about that. Left the carpet soaking wet, not damp but wet. I do not think they used any cleaner, it looks like they just soaked it with water and vacuumed it once.
Stanley Steemer came to clean our floors before we closed on it, ready for a new home. They were professional and fast! The floors looked great! They also cleaned the tile in the bathroom and it was amazing how 21 years of grime I couldn’t get off just faded! Thank you!
